Rates for 2010 are 55 Euros per room per night for stays of two or more nights. (60 Euros for one night only)
Continental breakfast is served each morning.
Cot hire or a child under 12 sleeping on in their parents’ room (maximum of one child) is extra.
For availability, please contact us direct - the availability calendar is for the gite only.
A deposit is usually required at the time of booking and you can request dinner for your arrival at the same time if you wish.

Bed linen is charged at €10 per bed plus €5 per person for towels including a swimming towel.
A 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking and is usually non-refundable. The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellations after this date as on a sliding scale - please ask!
A security deposit of €400 (£360) is required - this may be paid by French or UK cheque and is refundable within one week of departure. We ask that guests leave the house in the same clean condition it is found or you may be charged for a full clean (€100).
As the 25% deposit is usually non refundable, you are advised to take out holiday insurance with a cancellation clause.
